Shawn, I can't help you much. When I was last there it was before I picked up kayaking as a hobby. I would highly recommend you consider Cabo Pulmo in addition to Los Cabos (Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo). I found this website http://www.mexonline.com/caboplmo.htm with google and it does list kayaking as one activity. I only looked at one site from google so I'm sure there are many others to consider. My wife and I are avid scuba divers and Cabo Pulmo is THE ONLY LIVING CORAL REEF in the western No. America. As a scuba diver that makes the trip from Los Cabos to Cabo Pulmo worth it. I recommend it for kayaking because that's where all the Whale Shark activity is. I haven't yet found a Whale Shark on my trips there but I know many people that have. How cool would that be, kayaking along side a 40 ft whale shark. Only thing better would be to be diving along side it <g>.
