Shawn's description of his buddy putting Plasti-Dip on his nylon gloves is similliar to what I did. I bought a pair of neoprene gloves that were "Guaranteed" waterproof by the sales person. They leaked like a sieve. I poured Plasti-Dip into the gloves, squished it all around and poured it out again. Sealed all the leaks perfectly. It does feel a bit strange so I wear a pair of glove liners inside which adds to the warmth factor.
