Hello all, I also keep my Garmin 48 in a clear plastic dry bag under the deck bungies. When I am actually using the GPS I tend to lay it on my spray skirt. Because I do this, I think I am going to glue two strips on neoprene onto the spray skirt to hold the GPS. I imagine leaving the GPS on the deck until I am actively using it, then clipping it to my pfd and sliding it under the neoprene on the skirt. I have a friend who has a large plastic map case and keeps his GPS in the case with the charts.
