I am not an ugly bear. I just like to try to make my kayak camping as rustic
and light as I can. Leave all the comforts at home and rough it. That is why
I kayak camp anyway, to get away from it all. My goal is to someday be able
to grab a handful of parched corn and some pemmican for food, a wool blanket
and a hatchet for my camping gear, my knife and bow for hunting meat and take
off. Hope I have time left.

If you woke up breathing, congratulations. You have another chance,
