Corpus Christi PaddleFest May 2-5, 2003 Events:Kayak Demo Days (Sat-Sun 5/3-4), kayak rentals, Lexington Aircraft Carrier Paddle & Dinner on the Water at Downtown Corpus Christi, Beach Camping, Kayak Surfing, Protected Paddles in the Laguna Madre (Shamrock Cove and others), and guided side trips to a variety of other spots close by (Lake Corpus Christi, Nueces River, Aransas River), and a 3-mile Kayak Race. This event will be part of the official activity schedule for a regional Rotarian meeting scheduled in Corpus Christi for that weekend, so there will be many more people attending than last year....and last year I think we had over 70 people sign up.
