I have been thinking about Gordin's query. I have a (breatheable) dry suit but the first post on the subject had the key issue: maintenance. Damage to seals, and miscellaneous minor damage, are the reason why many outfitters do not rent the suits. If your club buys some for common use, then you need to have solid rules on signing out and responsibility for damage. And they have to be enforced by someone as honest and as tough as Oliver Cromwell.
