Hello Fellow Paddlers:

Can anyone point to websites, articles, etc., that discuss the various
types of flares, dye marker, smoke, etc, that are waterproof and
appropriate for our beloved avocation?

Thanks,

Josh

Hi Josh!
Yes, there are lots of websites. I just write down my own personal review
about Pains Wessex Signal Flares, but its on german under
www.mariangunkel.de/temp/pwpreis.htm and part of my new collecting order on
signal flares for this year. A modificated review will go online on our
national nacoe fed. sites next days.

All most common (exclude water marker) Pains Wessex Signals are shown under
their civil website www.pwss.com Go inside and click on "Captn Safety",
there are short videos, descriptions aso. I trust these Signals, more than
on Comet. They´re able for one hand use (!!), bigger and better in all
parts, in my opinion. And best is, I can get them cheaper than all the
others.

paddle safe and long
Jochen
