The WR105 is not classified as submersible. I have two I have been using for
2 to 3 years. They have gone sea and whitewater kayaking with me. I wear it
around my neck, tucked into the PFD or lashed to the deck (sea boat). So far
they have not leaked. I do not attempt to change film while on the water. I
almost always use ASA400 color negative(print) film to provide good exposure
latitude. I am not sure of the highest rated ASA film the camera supports.

A word of caution on digital camera cases and Nikonos. You MUST be religious
about greasing the gaskets on these cameras. A have a canon digital elph and
it's custom case. I love it. I lub the gasket each - repeat each - time out.
I had a Nikonos and was lax about greasing the gasket. It is now a paper
weight.

good luck
