try the northwestern corner. Cape San Blas by Port St. Joe. Huge bay side flat kayaking. Gulf side 10 miles of sandy beach. You have to give way to the sharks on occasion(long story). I plan to go there the first two weeks in April for some sea trout and red fish fishing from my new Pro 2 tandem I just purchased from malabeau kayaks in California. I ordered it on the 27th January and it was on my door step on the 31st in Wisconsin.
