[Paddlewise] LaCostaDel GolfoUpdate

I just talked to Larry Koenig and Arthur Hebert, who were calling via their
satellite phone from the Texas coast, between Sabine Pass and Galveston. They
will probably land on Galveston Island tomorrow night.  Larry's wife and
Arthur's girlfriend are going over to meet them. They will be in that area
until Tuesday. They sound GREAT! Hopefully, I will be able to set up some news
media coverage for them in the Houston media market once I figure out exactly
where to tell them to meet the news reporters. This is the first time I've
spoken to them directly in a couple of weeks. I was busy last weekend with my
Washington DC trip and they were paddling through some awful weather. They
said to tell you all HELLO and that they miss being able to partcipate in this
list, but they are having a marvelous time. I wish you all could hear them
when they call into the governor's radio show every Thursday. They just sound
fantastic!  I am very optimistic about the probability of their completing the
