>>ER...that's Limestone Point, Doug. Are you in a black-out?<<

Do you mean am I in a personal black-out, 'cause I can't spell; or do you
mean is Victoria in a black-out due to high-winds? :-)

Sorry, I was trying to thinly disguise your actual location, lest you get
raided by tea-totalling right-wing fanatics. Or maybe it was the fact I had
the word Lyme in my head this week. My daughter had a large tic embedded in
her neck the other day. I immediately printed off Chuck Sutherland's on-line
article and read it to my daughter after we got back from the clinic. A good
reminder for paddlers too, with spring coming and "tic-season" approaching.
I'd suggest a quick reading as a reminder at some point.

And yes, I'm in a personal black-out. 30mg of Amitriptyline and 14mg of
Imovane every night at bed time to get me asleep due to a resurgence of
intense arrhythmias again. I won't be storm paddling for a couple of weeks
at least -got dizzy just reading Mary's post.
