Over a year ago I approached the group with a problem I was having with vertigo/nausea when ever I rolled. One roll wasn't too bad but a couple of rolls in succession always left me dizzy, to the point that I couldn't walk when I got out of my boat. After several minutes the symptoms passed. Wearing a dive hood and/or mask made no difference. A few members in the group suggested that I try earplugs. Well, I finally gave it a go on Saturday after a paddle around Trial Island. I used some of those squishy foam earplugs under my dive hood and aside from the to be expected ice cream headache, no dizziness, even after multiple rolls! Thanks for the tip.
