Fellow Paddlewise member, CKF club member, and friend, Duane Strosaker just completed a 100 NM non-stop paddle along the Southern California coast. He started at Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard, CA and paddled to Dana Point. He did this trip in 35 hours, 45 minutes without landing or sleeping. The night time portion of his paddle was also done in heavy fog. He was accompanied by Steve Wilson, who due to stomach cramps, had to quit after paddling "only" 75 NM (Of course that's not an easy paddle and Steve should be very proud of his accomplishment). Hopefully, Duane will write a report for us all after he's had some sleep. Way to go Duane!!!!!
