Had to be made for the rim, but they've done some in stock recently. (Palm also makes -- or possibly "made" -- a neoprene skirt with a "farmer john" style top to it in ocean cockpit sizes. One caution: I've noticed that, over a period of about 12 years, the "ocean cockpit" rim actually shrinks down to the point that skirts look like tutus.
