And sales of the Dagger G-Force would skyrocket!  :)

I think it was Nick Schade or one of the other CT kayakers who
threatened to side scull in front of CT enforcement officers to argue
that his kayak was 21" long, and 18' wide!

In Montana, pedal-propelled watercraft would have been exempt. 
Presumably for the "cottage pedalboat" lobby.  But, this would also
technically exempt Hobie's pedal-powered kayaks.
