I particularly like the low upper body strength aspect of the example. Hooking a 5 gallon pail of water would work well for faking the fish. Using a nice 2 hand grab to pick the fish out of the water should send you over. My son, when he was 4, inverted a keowee(rec kayak) doing a 2 hand grab to pick up his paddle, I was surprised how easily a 35 pound person tipped over a 55 pound rec boat.
