PFD's and schnorkeling? I remember back in like '82 or '83, on a trip down to Gitmo I decided that I wanted to go schnorkeling. Rules there too said "Not with out a PFD mate..." "But that's impossible," I said! "No, no, noooo-not a standard one-an INFLATABLE one," was the reply... I purchased one and had a wonderful time. Could this have been the case, or might it be within their acceptable standards? Tommy...
