The closest that I've heard of (commercially available) is Nautiraid II 500:
16'.5" length x  37" inflated width (33.5" deflated width).

There are "crutches" :-), pretty popular among kayak sailors now -
outriggers.  Will slow you down, decrease maneurability, create a drag (TAD
counter-balanced with a leeboard), additional problems with integrity of
crossbar and floats, but would render beam width non-important.
