OK, so I've heard all about these HIN numbers on every boat. I checked my boats, I cannot find a number anywhere on my plastic Seda Gypsy and I can't find a number on the plastic Aquaterra Umiak. I don't see one on the old Perception Sabre either --- are whitewater boats required to have them?
