I just noticed that Cobra Kayaks has introduced a Quad Sit-on-top. It's  
18 ft. 6 in. long and weighs 100lbs. Positions for 4 adults, so plenty  
of room for a couple and two kids. 3 foot beam makes it pretty stable.  
Very heavy to lift onto a car top rack so if I were considering such a  
boat I'd go with a trailer for hauling it, and definitely a cart to get  
it to the water's edge.

A  six year on and a 2-3 yr old on s sit on top boat?????
