[Paddlewise] Nova Scotia Paddling

Hello all,

I am planning a trip to Nova Scotia in early August. I'll be driving 
out and plan on one week of paddling. I'd love to get some tips and 
ideas from people who have either paddled or live there. Currently, I 
am thinking of the area around Canso on the eastern shore but am also 
open to suggestions.

I have the guidebook by Scott Cunningham which I have enjoyed 
studying as I prepare for the trip.
