Just so you know, someone finally offered a possible plausable answer to our 19ft Sea Lion mystery; one that I am slightly embarassed to admit that I hadn't thought of (but don't laugh too hard because you didn't think of it either :-) [accept for you of course, J.farrelli]). It could have been stretched by her previous owner. My friend lives over 30 miles away from me, so I'm not sure when I'll get back over there, but I'm definately going to check for the tell-tale scares that would be left behind by such a modification. By now I'm sure few if any of you are really enterested in this, so unless you write me directly, I'm not going to post the findings.
