What do you do if walking 5 meters into the water puts the surface 5 meters overhead?  The real dumper, where it suddenly rises up and crashes within 1 meter of the shore is a tough one.  Although plastic boats do make it easier, just scrape the crap out of it, as you slide through the narrow shore break.
