Not sure about clubs, but I'm sure you can get info from Rutabaga...they're the most complete outfitter/shop I've come across in WI, they're based right in the heart of "mad town". Once you get settled into the state, you'll find fantastic opportunities on both the Great Lakes, as well as some really nice inland lakes..my personal favorite is the Willow Flowage located "up north".
