I like the GSI micro tables for sea kayaking. I usually take 2 along; 1 is for my stove the other is used for food prep and cutting. They are a nice height if you are sitting in a thermarest chair. They are tiny and fit nicely in the nose of my kayak. I use the roll top table for rafting but it is too big for my kayak.
