I like the GSI micro tables for sea kayaking.  I usually take 2 along; 1 is
for my stove the other is used for food prep and cutting.  They are a nice
height if you are sitting in a thermarest chair. They are tiny and fit
nicely in the nose of my kayak. I use the roll top table for rafting but it
is too big for my kayak.  If you don't mind storing it on your deck it might
work we have also taken a roll top table in a large double.

Great stuff.  The more so, as it can be used with a low thermarest or foam
chair.  Can you furl those strips?
