Chuck, I too just use a cockpit cover on my Gulfstream and like Bill, I also thread a tiedown strap through the grab loop as I have also lost a cover to high winds on the freeway. The brand I use is made by Xtreamline (a local kayak shop). It was about $15 - $20 and works very well. I also use Turtle UV protectorant or 303 on the boat and hatches..
