McNett is good at  making cheaper, inferior  copy products. The tried to
copy Sink the Stink, and I had their product analyzed and it was less
than 10% of the strength of ours. Of course they sold it cheaper, but
most customers came back, after they discovered the McNett stuff didn't
perform. I would be a bit leery of their 303 esque product. It's the
type of product that you don't know if it works until it fails!

Another product is McNett's UV Tech.  They say it's "non-glossy, non-
slippery formula, water-based, biodegradable."

I've used it for the last year or so and find it almost 
indistinguishable from 303 - smell, touch, look etc.  But it is 
cheaper.
