Nice resource there, Mike.

To be precise (well, OK, pedantic) the C-to-C is a high brace roll. Low 
brace rolls are used to roll canoes (Canadians, to you non-North 
Americans) and C-1s. The headstand roll (Hutchinson, 4th edition) is 
also a low brace roll.
