Paddlewisers, This weekend is the Southwest Kayak Symposium in San Diego, California. Information about it is at http://www.southwestkayaksymposium.com/. I'll be attending, so if you are there, please introduce yourself, because I always like to meet fellow Paddlewisers. I should be in campsite #J2. I have a small white Toyota pick-up with a white camper shell, and my red and white Boreal Design Ellesmere will be on top of it most of the time. If you are not attending, you may want to, because on Saturday night we are having an open mike at the party, and unless I get a severe case of cold feet, I'll be doing a stand-up comedy routine about kayaking. Also, my buddy Steve "Hull Cracker" Wilson and his son, Cody "The Kid," will be performing several humorous songs they wrote about kayaking. Hope to see you there!
