Kenneth: enjoyed your pics, thx for the heads up. As I live a few miles from the Henderson area, I've fished and hunted my way thru lots of the basin. I see most of your pics were from areas outside the actual basin levee system, was this due to current low water levels in the Atchafalaya River? Right now most access to smaller tributaries is cut off. I would say prime time is when the reading at ButteLaRose is from about 8ft-12ft. You would then have comfortable access to huge portions of the basin interior.
