Hi. Thanks to several reviews, I just purchased a set of Yakima Hullraisers to carry our second kayak on our '99 Civic Hatchback (we carry the first with Hullyrollers and Mako Saddles, which make it very easy to load the kayak by myself). We took the first trip with both boats today, and the Hullraisers worked wonderfully. But... I am having an impossible time moving the foam pads to the correct position!!! Can anyone offer suggestions?
