You may try Bahia de Los Angeles area, leaving your car in one of BDLA campings. Or Santa Rosalia, or Mulege-Loreto stretch (Concepcion. Bay is not for kayakers - it is for yachts, campers and local thieves; lot of garbage too). I've been told Ed Gillet in San Diego has published a map of BDLA area with paddling routes and camping spots, but have no idea where to get it. Baja Almanac topo-map is pretty good, though. Nothing good south of La Paz or north of Bahia Gonzaga, anyway.
