Chuck brings up a good point about the storm cag. Chillcheater.com has the 
best one I've seen. Seemed a bit less than 2 pounds with first rate quality. A 
great land rain coat as well as excellent supplimentary protection at sea. 
Breathable and waterproof. No connections as usual.
