If I were going back I would chose Harriman by the slightest margins over Blackstone. Mainly because Harriman has a campsite on a black sand beach at the foot of the Coxe Glacier that affords a spectaculer view of three tide water glaciers. I have written two trip reports one my trips to both these areas.
