[Paddlewise] Jammed two piece Werner Paddle

I have a Werner Kuaiua (spelling?), it is a two piece take apart touring 
paddle that is jammed in the locked position.

I have tried soaking it in water, no luck, still stuck.

I have tried WD-40, still stuck.

Any body have any Ideas?
