I am only a little modest but in many places getting nekkid can mean
getting arrested.

I also work as a commercial diver and on days when I will (or might)
be diving I wear compression shorts under my work clothes. These are
like bike shorts without the extra padding. They fit tight and smooth
under the wet suit and dry quickly so I don't even need to change out of 
them for the drive home.
The best price I have found is in the sporting good section at WallMart.
