Take pictures if you ahve a camera.
Call CG if you have a radio.
Take notes of the description, time, etc.
Report when you get in, complete with evidence.

Losing their boat to the courts will make a bigger impresssion than you cussing 
at their obviously thick skulls.

Even if you can curse in complete paragraphs, do be careful with beligerant 
motorboaters.  They can run you down a dozen times, leaving you unconscious in 
the water and far from help.
