A few years ago I did a tour with Outside Hilton Head (the Bull Creek Tour). I felt the tour was handled well - but I was also a newbie paddler at the time. Even looking back though I still think they provided a good tour. Lots of dolphins and birds. Well planned in terms of tidal flows. Good lunch. Decent equipment. Seemed a reputable operator.
