Hi Ralph, couldn't agree with your thoughts on the need for conservation more. As for the "kernel", it's a strainer around the courner that is killing us paddlers one at a time, the word just hasn't gotten upstream yet. as far as I know, ACA has let go their strongest, and should I say, America's stronngest, paddling champion, that being David Jenkins.
