Stink? Our don't seem to stink, but we wash them after every use. A warm day with the sun out and just paddling along without getting wet will bake you. Even periodic rolling won't fix it. In your conditions the key is drizzly and windy. It would be overcast, wet, and at least some wind chill. Should work great for those conditions. Really I think if you buy one you will use it and like it. Exactly under what conditions and time of year will depend on your paddling style, sensitivity to hot/cold, etc. We had some apprehension about buying ours because of the price, but once we started using them, the price seemed more than reasonable for the value. Steve Brown -----Original Message----- Quick questions: Does the non-breathable outside make them get sweaty/sticky/stinky on the inside? Re: touring: Would you consider them too warm even on, say, a 60 degree temp drizzly windy summer day (common where I paddle in the summer)? *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
