[Paddlewise] : Kokatat Overskirt

I have the Kokatat GTX Meridian drysuit (Meridian has the overskirt).

When I'm paddling in surf, whitewater, or cold, rough water, I love it.

When I'm paddling milder water, it's another bulky layer on my torso,
and a little more restricting.

Not love-hate, but love-dislike.
