Jason, I don't drive a pick-up but since I didn't see another answer in my digest version I will tell you what I can. Both Yakima (which I own) and Thule are good, but expensive. A lot of pick-up drivers will put one bar on the cab and then either use a commercial or build a rack for the bed. You can also get trailer hitch racks for the back end. You could probably put a second bar on the back of the cab, but the distance between the two would not be ideal.
