Does anybody with a Kokatat dry suit overskirt carry to comment on whether it
is worth the extra $$ (i.e., compared to the same model without the

I have one and wouldn't say it's really worth the extra money. A good 
skirt will work just as well. If you're going to spend a lot of time 
in the surf maybe. The problem I find is that the goretex is less 
effective around the waist when I have the skirt tucked into it.

The fact that you are asking probably shows that you don't need the
overskirt.
Paddling advanced waters, rolling etc it really is nice to have a dry boat

I've got one.  I find it reduces leakage down the body tube of the spray
skirt.  Not 100%, but much less leakage than without.
