I was browsing through the Paddlewise.net archives the other day (lotta good
stuff in there!) and saw a message from what may have been a few years ago
promising to post plans for a make-it-yourself vhf antenna.  However, I
couldn't find the actual plans.  Does anyone have a copy of those that you
could either email or post a link for?

If I remember the antenna was a Jpole, made from TV twin lead and designed
to hang from a tree.

I'll see if I can dig up specs on one.
