11.  EXTEND TOP         ELBOW.  When I want speed, I extend the top elbow 
fully. I find that this really helps.  I know that Brent Reitz keeps his 
elbow bent, but I believe that Gary Barton does extend his elbow.  Timing 
between extending the elbow and rotating the torso in order to get maximum 
power is key, and does take some concentration in the beginning.  But when 
you get it right, you will feel it, and it feels good!
