Since a recent elbow injury I have been experimenting with different forward strokes. So far what I have most commonly found is what is described in the canoe web site for the kayak forward stroke with the exception that incorporated in this is some extenion toward the end of the stroke with the top arm and a very slight guiding and pulling with the lower arm. Any comments about this.
