hi,

i am a gal with a gut, and, er, uh, pardon my French, breasts, too, even,
and i am wondering if any of you have tried
"sospenders"? www.sospenders.com or www.cabelas.com. i think they can be
the way to go for the spherically challenged of us. i doubt they would do
the trick for shooting rapids or playboating but they do have uses.

here's wes boyd's essay on pfd's for those with a
gut: http://www.kayakplace.com/bigguy/bigpfd.htm

the sospenders (inflatable vest) part of his article is down at the bottom.

hope this helps---
