I am planning a 4-5 day solo base camp flatwater kayaking trip sometime between now and mid-September. I live in the Santa Fe, NM area, so Colorado would probably be the best place to go. I am not wanting to drive more than six hours or so, each way, and am looking for natural beauty, peace, quiet, and some solitude. Suggestions welcomed!
