[Paddlewise] Questions?

    There are more than a few guidelines questions for people planning to rent or 
    buy a kayak that they should be asking the renter/retailer. 
    What questions if any, should a renter be asking a person of the 
    "business/ethical" category before renting  them kayaking gear?
