[Paddlewise] Great Lakes Water Management Initiative - Public Comment Period

For those of us who paddle  the Great Lakes -

Representing the eight Great Lakes Governors and the Premiers of Ontario and
Quebec, Governor Bob Taft of Ohio and Governor Jim Doyle of Wisconsin,
Co-Chairs of the Council of Great Lakes Governors, announced on July 19 the
beginning of a 90-day public review period for the draft Annex 2001
Implementing Agreements. The draft Agreements were created to update the way
the Great Lakes and the waters of the Great Lakes Basin are managed and
protected.

Comments are requested in the form of recommendations.
